Delivery Terms

At Bengine, we offer same day delivery for most automotive parts in the Sonoma, CA area. We partner with local couriers to get parts to your doorstep in record time. Upon checking out with your item(s) you will be given a quote for delivery costs, which vary based on your distance from where the item is located.

How am I notified of my delivery?

Once your order is placed, you should expect to receive delivery updates via text, email, or both, letting you know when the driver picks up your item and where they are, all in real time.

Can I cancel my order delivery?

Once your item has been picked up by our driver, you will not be able to cancel the order at that time. You may return the item, but the associated delivery fee will not be refunded.

Do you offer standard shipping?

At this time, we only provide same day delivery. This is to ensure that our customers receive their parts as fast as possible. We will however be offering standard shipping in the not too distant future.

Can I get items delivered to me anywhere in the US?

No, at this time we are only servicing the Sonoma California area, but we plan on expanding coverage to many more locations in the future.

How do I check the status of my delivery?

You can check the status of your order in one of two ways: 1) delivery updates will be sent to you via text, email, or both, where you can see the status of the delivery such as when a driver has been assigned, when the package has been picked up, and when it’s delivered. OR 2) you can track your package via the “My Orders” page, which you can find in the right corner of the website header after clicking the profile dropdown button.

Returns & Core Terms

At Bengine, we partner with numerous local automotive parts suppliers to find you the best price possible in the shortest amount of time. The return policy for each item depends on where the item was sourced from. Here is a summary for each partner:

NAPA

Items can be returned to NAPA within 30 days of purchase, with the exception of accessories and performance parts. In order to return an item, it must be in its original packaging, include all original materials supplied with the item, and must be unopened and uninstalled. Cores can be returned within 30 days Once the item is returned and processed, Bengine will issue the funds back to your payment method within 21 days Items can also be returned to NAPA via shipment, which can be done through NAPA’s website free of charge. O’ Reilly

so via any O’Reilly store or online In order to return an item, it must be in its original packaging, include all original materials supplied with the item, and must be unopened and uninstalled. Cores: You can return cores for a refund at any O’Reilly Auto Parts location, or parts purchased online that required a core charge can be returned in-store or shipped back to O’Reilly (customer pays return shipping). Items can be returned to O’Reilly via shipment at the customer’s expense. In order to submit a return, you must obtain an RMA (Return Material Authorization) from OReillyAuto.com. You can chat with a representative online or call our Customer Support team at 1-888-327-7153 to request an RMA. AutoZone

Items must be returned to Autozone within 90 days of purchase, and can be done so via any participating AutoZone store. In order to return an item, it must be in its original packaging, include all original materials supplied with the item, and must be unopened and uninstalled. Cores: to return your product core to an AutoZone store, simply take the core and your receipt to any AutoZone store. You must drain all fluids, if any, out of the part before returning it. If you have the box in which the new product was in, please use it to return the core. Items can be returned to AutoZone via shipment at the customer’s expense. All Other Items

For all other items purchased on Bengine, Bengine will handle the return process on your behalf. Items must be returned to Bengine within 45 days of purchase In order to return an item, it must be in its original packaging, include all original materials supplied with the item, and must be unopened and uninstalled. Items can be returned to Bengine via shipment at the customer’s expense. To initiate a return via shipment, please first reach out to [email protected]. Cores: cores can be returned within 90 days of the new core being purchased. To initiate a core return, please first reach out to [email protected]. The following items cannot be returned:
  • Electrical / electronic parts.
  • Items purchased on a special closeout.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, abuse, fire or weather
  • Items installed on the vehicle
  • Items not authorized on the original RMA.
